Hey so I am growing a couple O Haze madmac and some THH side by side. I got the pack of thh as a freebie from where I got the MM ohaze ...
So, the leaf morphology is WILDLY different between the two cultivars.
Ohaze is what u expect, just textbook haze morphology, light green, blades, et al. But thh is not close... same soil mix, dark green, broad leaf traits..
These are both pre flowering mind you, not sexually mature at all. I'm thinking I might have got something that got mixed up. I'll pos pics later today. Has anyone else experienced this?

looks like we shop in same place mine were f2 freebies 5 females 3 fast ones in already 2 more typical in with the o hazes with a way to go ,,the first 3 show desent potency need to run again ,,smoked some of the oh male i had from that batch had interesting spice flavour like old stiky black very clear effectThat, that would be something to see VG

I mean, if the THH is as popular as this thread seems to indicate, I'd think it was offered by some dispensary somewhere on planet earth, at some time, probably somewhere in cali? Idk.. maybe someone can point me in the right direction
Around here i don't think any dispensaries will sell weed that flowers longer than 10 weeks (8 to be more realistic).
While back I went into one and asked if they ever had any pure sativa flowers and they responded there is no such thing anymore.
Nah dude, if you're talking 18-24 weeks for one cycle... no. Just no. They will get 2-3 cycles of name brand hybrids in that time period.
The markets are so driven by marketing/hype and then popularity/demand/hype can turn on a dime. 20+ weeks is an awful big investment and roll of the dice.
Not to mention, it takes some skill keeping something peak performance for 20+ weeks in a commercial set up, let alone a smaller non commercial grow. Not to speak about the skill (or lack there of) of most of these commercial "growers".Just sayin.

They only grow genetics that allows them to get in as many harvests per year.. Haze is not commercially viable genetics for most dispensaries. In general finding, excellent haze keepers are not easy. Haze is more for breeding than selling as a commercially viable drug type crop. I know Sam has said this many times about his Ohaze.
Try us. It might be entertaining to hear the reports.

A top quality cut of thh acid pheno grown outdoors in #s at 30 latitude with late November cropping would be fantastic.

i think people who run the larger outfits dont have a proper concept of haze hybrid vs 8 week dessert. yo sammys runs are 84 to 100 days. plants are flipped at what 8 to 12 inches? no veg room needed. hes using 600w hps 3 for each room. pulling 2 plus grams per watt of the most desired highest retail best effect product.
the problem is that most people who get these huges ops going dont know any of this. its a black/white system in their minds. sativa bad. small yield. long flower. no shiny mirrors on dense rock bud. there is a whole world of effects just waiting for the general public. at 84 days(i think thats for ag13) equals 4 pulls a year.
most expensive bud at coffee shops? haze. most desired bud in nyc? haze(sour) biggest yields?haze. most vigor? haze. it will take a little while for the 2 worlds to collide, but id imagine eventually demand for the euphoric long lasting aromatic pleasing cannabis we know as haze will rise up. todays hybrids compared to the many many varied experiences of haze could barely be called the same "drug"
also tom you see a lot of these old runty haze phenos like mac posted here? ive found this naked seed type of growth in other primordial lines/locations such as congo red stem or korean. considering gymnosperm means naked seed, and many haze terpenes are also found in pine/gymnosperm trees it looks very interesting thanks.

Well, see previous post. Guess which is which. Bizarre. I'll post when they're in flower. I'm going to let them get nice and mature bonsai style and flower cuts I take in a fee weeks.
