Pollen turned out great, I know many sift theirs ( sifts below glass are used for seeds) but I’ve never found it necessary as just a little tilting & blowing cleans it up to near pristine IME

Those small bags are 2”x4” so it’s a lot of pollen; small bags allow to get out nearly all air, inside larger bag ensures if pollen seeps out the small ones it stays with the same type, larger bags then go into mason jars & vacuumed sealed - if you’re gonna use it soon & often definitely better to put a small bag into the fridge then leave others LT in freezer - or at least how I do it

@led05 are you cutting your pollen with flour or freezing pure? How long are your fridge and freezer batches staying viable for?
Do not cut (though I know plenty whom do) fridge 5+ years freezer skies the limit at least 10 years if handled & kept well

I’ve used pollen from a basement desk drawer that was over 3 years old and had very good viability from it, it wasn’t even vac sealed iirc, I was somewhat surprised

I just used some I've had in the freezer for about a year and it does not look like it worked.

Five years fridge, that’s impressive. Dried?
Here I was thinking a few weeks was excessive.

I have had better luck with drying material before freezing, but I have seen people swear by the fresh frozen route. And sometimes I have thought pollen didn't take but surprised to find it did.
Best luck with future pollinations 👍
I dry for a week before freezing, haven't tried it after a long freeze though. I tried adding rice but it made the pollen lose it's powdery feel. won't be adding rice again :p
