No.

This seems to look like your soil is too wet and root mass not getting enough air. It's choking out.
Squeeze the sides of your cloth bag gently and break up the soil some to allow air down but not do any root damage or it will droop even more. Putting it a lot closer to a light source will also help to wick the soil quicker.

If you have "fed" it.....REMOVE IT IMMIDIATELY.... gently rinse away ALL soil from your root mass and put into a smaller pot with some fresh soil and lightly water to let the fresh soil start healing your plant.

This is what people are claiming is "Tobacco Mosaic Virus" and are also completely wrong about.

This only happens in seeds that came from a plant that was "Selfed" and are also the ONLY "Selfed" plants that will not be the same genotype as the mother it came from. This is nothing more than an asexually reproduced "S1 or higher" cannabis plant showing variegation because it is RECESSIVE and not the SAME GENOTYPE. Don't fall victim to the hype and mis-information. :pimp3:

Now watch as all the ICMAG "Science Trolls" fill your post with page after page of this "Bro Science" mis-information . :biglaugh:

Best of luck in your grow mate!! :tiphat:

Greetings from the fraternity!

I have come across variegated plants from regular male/female seeds. How does this fit into your theory of only possible with selfed seeds?

Your "Regular Seeds" were not all "Regular Seeds" and had a few "Selfed Seeds" mixed in with what was given to you as "Regular Seed" .

If you made the seed yourself, it is still possible to run a cross-pollination and still have 1 or 2 "Selfed Seeds" accidentally get mixed into the "F - " stock from unseen "herme sites".

Variegation like I showed, is what people are confusing as "Tobacco Mosaic Virus" in Cannabis.

And this user did not have an (TMV) issue with their plant........in 2015......lol......
Doubt that plant is still alive today and this post worth further commentation .......... :biglaugh:
