Everyone is entitled to their own opinion.
I beleave Pancho Villa coined the phrase, and i understand sin means without and semilla means seed.
All words in every non ancient language stem from root words.
It is not often that two words will combine to form one, like sinsemilla.
Root words being sin-hueso.........or boneless.
Seedless fruit in spanish is sin pepita
not sinsemilla.
This is a new spanish term(circa 1940's)
