Well your deffinately not using too much nutes, if you were, your new growth would be affected which it appears it is not. I would say either a Nitrogen or Phosphorus deficiency. It seams that its your fan leaves that are affected the most which is common for both these deficiency's. Your deficiency can be caused by lockout due to low ph levels. Check out this link http://icmag.com/ic/showthread.php?t=11688 theres all the info you need. Try adding some calmag to your nutes, see if it helps.

Anyone have any insight into what causes the purple striping on the stalks?
For me, when i see that, it is the first sign that something is wrong.

Their hungrey!
If memeory serve's me correctly the Flora line is the 3 part right? Well if it is, then no need for the GROW...ditch it! Just use the MICRO, and BLOOM.

...wait!
Now that I've seen some more photo's. Let me ask you what your temps., and hum. levels at? Are you certain that your PH pen is correct?
Either way i'd bump up the food abit, and do regular checks on your ph. Your ph sounds just fine, but your plants are showing clear sign's that they need food regardless if it's being locked out or not.
