hey stevius, for 1000g for a closet grow i think thats a little bit over imagination, throughout a year it could be possbile id assume but you would need more of a expert closet grower to throw you forward, and for learning.... you already learnt from members of ICmag not to grow in your parents house. So why not keep learning from ICmag since it has ALOT useful information thoughout it's forums. Good luck with you.

Stevius - You're still getting ahead of yourself bro. Stop.
First of all, you don't need 1000g for just you, and you know that. What it sounds like is that you're wanting to do a small commercial grow without actually saying it. 1000g is just shy of 3 pounds. Bro, there are maybe 5 people on this forum that I doubt I could smoke under the table, and I only smoke about an ounce a month. Keep in mind, this stuff that's going to come out of your garden is most likely going to be the best smoke you've ever been within 50m of.
You do not need 1000g, period.
Now, as far as your closet. You can certainly pull plenty of smoke out of that space. I'd recommend you read the 250w Club, since that's the size light I'd put in that space. I think you'll be really blown away by how much you can produce in that space.
As far as where to learn, pick a place at random here in the forums, and I promise you, you'll learn something. I'd read through the stickies in each forum, and you'll have a good solid base to start putting it all together on.
Freezer - I didn't say to completely shut out the social life, but it has to be much more reserved at his house than most younger guys would normally have. And having people over constantly is a no go.

I was wondering about venting? Is it possible to do it without? I mean, I know you can, but... what about the smell? And also I have problem because I dont know where to vent out. My walls are at least 0,5 meters of rock. So drilling through a hole would be madness.
What about strains that are not so difficult to grow? Suitable for beginners?
And also that it doesnt have really potent smell.
