B-52 in the flower pod is giving me great hope for Halloween though. I seem to always harvest on Halloween...

thanks guys! NT, schwag sucks! ive been opting to not even smoke instead of smoking it. has saved me a good bit of money too. mmm Halloween will be a good one this year!

Umphrey, thanks man! yeah it does really suck. i would be a hell of a lot more bummed if i didnt have these seeds to take its place. The stupid bitches seem to be stalling, they wont turn more amber! its like they are toying with me cause i want them soooo bad! pics coming soon! later!

i know i know im pretty torn up about it it was the first dank strain i grew out and am very sad to see it go! haha im hoping for a hermie! dont think ill ever say that again! ah man i hope its not another week before i can harvest! ive been dry for a good while and cant wait to get my hands on it! i must confess i have taken a few tester buds. Not sure how but they are definitely more potent this go around. a few i took at 45 days got me real blazed!

Have you considered a re-veg? You can trim the rootball way back and plant it in a smaller pot and put it in your veg cab. Just leave the lowest popcorn buds, you only need about 4 or so. It does work and all you need is one cut to get a clone and continue the genetics. I saved a really killer sadhu mom like this. Not the choice method obviously but as a last resort, it's worth a shot.

But otherwise everythings looking killer. I love harvest time.

Yep, they sure will.

You leave some popcorn on there, as those are your growth shoots. As the plant reverts, you'll see stems and some funky LARGE single leaves come out. When she begins putting out normal leaves, she's fully back into veg, and you can resume cloning. Although my Sweet13 girl never did get fully normal leaves, just odd three fingered ones.

She was good too Check out Tiger's Den 3 to see her getting reflowered.

Yeah just leave some of the lowest growth, like the smallest 4-5 popcorn buds. It may take 4-6 weeks (indicas normally take longer, in my experience) to get the 3 and 5 finger leaves. Like NiteTiger said, you may have some permanent leaf disfiguration, but the bud should be the same. I'd go a min of 20/4 but 24/0 would be much better. Good luck.

I also believe that in DJ Shorts book, he touches on revegging. Something along the lines of using only plants that readily reveg in breeding projects. Not saying that's in your future now, but later on you may want to preserve these genes with a choice male that you may come across. This reveg will tell you a lot about your mom and IMO you can't ever know too much about one of your ladies. Just food for thought.

Check out this thread for info on the process. It's about bonsai mums, but if my memory serves me right it also touches on reveg mums in there somewhere, plus it talks about root trimming. Long read but worth it.
