One interesting thing I also came across with research at Montauk was the so-called "seeing eye" program...the ability to use microwaves to remotely transmit what someone is seeing and hearing. This was @1984 I believe.
I've been following Montauk/Project Rainbow on the net/foia for a while. I have all kinds of weird stories. One thing I have heard more than once was blonde children going through the time portal. Not sure why and to where. One possibility is the Soviets were going to kill them so people got them through...I don't know.

Well image from thought/UCLA etc studies are decades behind in what is capable. Mid 80s the govt could use any human as a virtual TV set. Don't be afraid of it, I think its amazing
