Tiger bloom every watering

Funny that you mention the Tiger Bloom now as this was exactly the fert I was refering to when I told you that some ferts have plenty of Calcium and Magnesium in it. Tiger Bloom is one of them.. just look at the lable. Supplimenting with additional cal/mag is going to overload it.

I have used TB for years and it needs to be used as directed and eased up towards harvest due to its heavier amounts of Nitrogen. Foxfarms website even says to only fert every other watering.

Thanks verlite,I'll have to check out the calmag content I dont want to overdo it.Under normal growing circumstances I'd go by what they suggest, but I'm not exaggeragting bro I have these babies supercharged with co2 and they can take in a lot.I know it seems like I'm overdoing it a bit,I wanna see the max they can take and go from there. So far its just been perfect,I havent seen prettier plants in my 6 years of indoor.Man when you finally get the co2 correct it really changes growth rates noticably. All those years I thought I was growing with enrichment and really I was just growing great pheno's under 3 1K vertizonatals, great results but absolutely nothing like I'm seeing now.Hardest for me is keeping temps so high throughout flower,I'm glad I'm over that garbage!I got some interesting info from my hydrogirl on calmag the other day which makes perfect sense and explains why some people use very little or none and seem to do well. Its because they never used much calcium or magnesium to start with,so their plants are accustomed to it.If you have a perpetual grow or moms that are used to high calcium and mag because of hard tapwater, when you switch to RO you better use calmag or they will become defecient. If your water wasnt high in cal or mag then your pheno's wont require it.Makes good sense to me.Thanks for the advice on the tiger and calmag,I will cut back to every other time I think.

If I use R/o water around 15 PPM run it through real slow and test the runoff, with this give me an accurate picture of whats in the soil?Say I use a teaspoon of tiger bloom at 450 PPM and nothing else and my runoff read 1450 PPM,does this mean my soil conatins 1000PPM nutes and additives?

Every reply you got here was a quality one.:canabis:....Shit man 9 different peeps answered your questions....and not a single one tried to steer ya wrong.

"Socal420girl" used her first post to type a whole fukin page of well-read, well-said advice for you:D

and now you deleted you account...because you were "SO FRUSTRATED" w/ us I assume. :wallbash: :wallbash: :wallbash:....well good luck getting your questions answered so well elsewhere....I guess youll be using the SEARCH function now to get your answers :yoinks:

...and go ahead and think that we "hate you" :pointlaug ....it was only when you started to get redundent :beat-dead that peeps quit responding. :violin:

well I guess I just wanted to be the one to say sorry that we couldent be more of a "service" to ya. (all that money you had to lay down when ya registered and all)...you really deserved more. Go ahead and blame us when your grow goes to shit :jerkit:

Well for what its worth b-man .. no, people dont measure soil grow ppms because its a given that with soil you are ferting the medium and the medium feeds the plant.. so even when the soil dries it still holds enough/some ferts to be watered in the next time.. in hydro where ppms is important you are directly feeding the roots.. not the medium.

Congrats on using co2 but in all reality it doesnt 'super-charge' your grow over anyone elses to the point where overferting is ok... if that were the case there would be special instructions on the fert lables for co2 users.

.. and your right .. if you posted that on OG you would have had 12 answers in ten minutes and 11 of them would be wrong.

Peace.I'm disappointed I really thought measuring nute PPM's in soil grows was something doable even if its not feasible to do it all the time.Anyone in soil ever try?

So what do people look for with a phosphorous overfert anyway?I dont think I've had the pleasure thus far.

I've decided to go with 2 tsp every other watering now that they're done with the stretch,my runoff reads a consistent 1400 PPM on all my plants. Is this not an accurate way to measure fert level in the soil?
