whats everyone suprised about, u install hundreds of watts of cfls u get a decent harvest, pretty much the only lights people cant yeild of off are incandescents, t-8 , t-12, cfls.. are theese if dialed in are vialble sources of light, but after a certain wattage, id say over 150 i gotta ask ''whats the point''.......im curious to see what a verticular colleseum stadium can do with a 150hps, i think the future of mini is v.c.s grows and floros n cfls wont be able to compete once people get theese methods dialed in for micro stlye grows, were going to see over half pound harvest consistantly off a 150 real soon-

Just curious how you are watering the cups of coco since you said you got tired of dunking 20 oz bottles. I thought you would also be dunking the coco cups..no?

I will be updating with new pics today!! Holly shit have my new strains taken over my cab! The Long Bottom Leaf aka Cleaners Kush (SVF OG x JC2) is perfect for this style of growing same with the other ones too! I'm fucking stoked and saving up a Homebox or Secret Jarden for the corner of my room and plan to run a 400w CMH in it... But that's not gonna happen anytime soon so I'll keep refining my skills in my lil CFL cab which by the way has still given me more potent medicine than I have purchased at the dispensaries and my friends and family agree so I'm still thinking fluoro's quality is the shit!!!

well there you have it folks looks like I'm back on track and will be having some nice harvests in the following weeks, for those wondering the Bubba Chunks and Strawberry D are being fed Flora Nova and Kool Bloom and the SFV OG x JC2 is fed the Organicare line which I will be using from here on out since I found out I can order it online when I run outta Grow Bloom and Boost

by the way anybody notice how lush and green those ladies are?? first time around that I haven't burnt them or get lock out ...

good looking plants thundurkel. are you still hitting them with 5 ml grow for the first 2 weeks of veg and 7 ml of bloom for the rest of flowering?

yea but I only use 5ml of Bloom instead of 7ml cuz I'm in coco but I am switching over to the Organicare line and will be using the Grow,Bloom,Boost,Calplex,and Seaplex. The first time I tried out the Organicare line it worked fucking GrrrrrrrRRREEEEAAAATTT and it's only $15 per qt!!!

I'm thinking about ditching my cut down 2L bottles and using all 16oz party cups for my next run now that I have some moms. I will also likely be switching my bulb to vertical so I'll pack as many cups as I can in the cab!

Hey Thundurkel, I've read through Dr. Buds' threads and saw your posts there, then followed your threads and have to say it's inspiring to see your saga after the ultimate micro-cfl grow! Great success with so much experimentation it's crazy!

Anyway, I see you're going coco and getting good results, I'd love to try that, but first I must beat the noobiness out of my soul! People say third is the charm, so I guess this grow I'm planning will finally give me something in return. I've been collecting tips and ideas I'd like to try, like the bubbler cloner.

Another thing is UVB bulbs. I saw few people using them, you among them, but the results seem very promising. Do you still use it? You reported burning after a couple of days on the plants immediately below it, how far was it? Maybe if it could be higher away from the plants it could be one for as long as the regular lights, or maybe a smaller size, 5.0 or 2.0 instead of 10.0.

Overall, would you recommend going for a UVB bulb?

Harvest coming soon!!!! I'm taking the Bubba Chunks to 60-63 days and the Strawberry D's are goin 70 days baby!!! I've already been flushing them all for the last 4 days and the BChunk's are getting more purple by the hour it seems hahaha... I'll take some pics of my Unknown Hookers which are really frosty at 4 weeks along with my Cleaner's Kush's which are the most lemony smelling plants I've ever had the pleasure of smelling! I mean it's not even pot like, just like your fingers smell after peeling a lemon or lime! and I can tell these broads are gonna be so covered in crystals by harvest cuz already at week 4 the stems of fan leaves and the edges of them and all new growth is just frosted!!!
