Thrips after all?

Update: Evening of the 19. I released the Phytoseiulus which are to finish their work tomorrow upon which the package says another round for them should be done or a spray. On the attached file you will see that the problem has not gotten better however and instead the spread seems to have picked up in pace. I am fairly certain they are spidermites as they behave as people have described them, climbing to the highest point on the plant.

How will I know whether the Phytoseiulus are the solution? Do the eggs disappear or do they remain on the plant empty?

Thank you all!

If you see eggs their waiting to hatch. That flower is very pretty and I can see why you are freaked out. At this point, there's only one thing left to do and that is use a Pyrethrin spray. Pyrethrin is supposed to be completely safe to use fade away in 3 days after spraying. I don't like using anything but to save those flowers you will need to do it. I have a friend that has sprayed his flowers with Pyrethrin for years. He's in Growdan rockwool and in flowering he sprays as a Pyrethrin as preventive. That's all I got friend, I'm so sorry you have this problem. Every grower will get mites at some time in their growing. 😎

It is a really beautiful one indeed...I'll save it for sure. Pyrethrin seems to be unavailable in my country, but I'll look for something similar and hit these pests with it.
