Looking on the bright side Silver, I always thought growing on the side of motorways would be cool, no one ever stops there.
cheers

Your'e right fingaz2. In fact, while this years grow has been disturbed, my sites really havent been comprimised. In fact, there are positives. The area that I grow in that was logged, well there were only a couple of spots that sun came. Now, I have 2 dozen spots where the canopy has a huge gaping hole to let in the sunshine. Next year, that site will be better. Regaurding the highway, Im still 400' from the right of way. Until the new road, the closest access to the site was a 1 1/2 mile walk and to 45 minutes. Now, I could be dropped off and b e there in 5 minutes. Have you ever caried 5 gallons of water 1 1/2 miles? And make 3 trips a week?

Hey Get Mo and Lazlo. I hear you. The bastards could have used more care with that D9 caterpillar dragging those logs out. Lazlo sounds like you use the same locations over and over. Its one of the best moves a grower can make.

The chop has started.

Here is drying mandala 1

Great to hear your grow locations were not compromised. I rather loose some plants and I did this year to cattle as you remember than loose the actual grow site.

Everything looks good and I know the stress it can put on a guerilla when he thinks he may loose a good grow site. It can really bring you down but all looks well I hope harvest goes well too.
Make sure to give us some smoke reports on the strains.
PEACE

hi silverback-sorry to hear about all your bad luck with the hurricane and that big ass log that crushed some things..-but at least you will be getting something -and your safe.
goes to show how strong marijuana is-it can take a real beating and still survive. Hopefully you still stay positive and your final yield and quality is to your liking.

Damn SB good thing everything worked out. Im kind of in the same position you were. 2 weeks ago when i went to my plot i noticed a bunch of branches with bright orange tape tied to them. all out about 75 ft in front of my plot. There is this big black pipe that comes up in the middle of the forest. I guess someone was walking to that. This past weekend i went and there is a trail cut right between all the trees. They didnt cut down big trees, just smaller ones with a diameter no larger than 2in's. Again about 75ft in front of my patch. 3 7ft tall plants and 2 smaller ones.

Scary stuff.

Hey SB, thanks for the reply that was pretty much what I had figured. I'll just be taking hikes with my BIG backpack.

I just read your 60/60 thread and it gave me some definite ideas for next year. Very inspiring. Thanks.

Sorry to hear about your misfortunes. I hope your harvest goes well!!!
