Comfortably numb!
In my humble opinion, no! 15x15x23" No room for the equipment you need (insufficient height). You need IMO a minimum of 3' or 90cm. My veg tent is 2x2x3 feet (60x60x90, using a 300W LED) and it is as small as I would go.My flowering tent is 3x3x6 feet (90x90x180, with a 600W LED). Even my veg tent is too small to keep a mother. I use it for seedlings only, 4 inch pots

Depends on the price i guess. You can get that kind of tent cheaper if you take a look at photographer's stuff.
Whats your plan with the cuttings? Use a Propagator then into trays? Mini greenhouses?
All that stuff needs space and we not talked about the mother yet...

You need more space to get good results Fiet, You may could root cuttings but couldn't house mothers. 😎

Get rid of the idea with that small tents. for cuttings use normal boxes you can buy at every hardware store.
Some LED strips attached to the lit, drill some holes and you're done. Use as many of those as needed, just watch out that they are stackable.
They are better than those small greenhouses with more space. Get a tent for mothers, size based on the number of mothers and pots.
Mothers on the ground, build a small table/intermediate ceiling, place your clone boxes on that table, on the downside strips for the mothers.
Go vertical instead of one of these small tents, you will need more and more of these smaller tents with every new mother

The size of your flower area, and how long the plants will be in each is needed, before saying if it's big enough. It is a propagation tent though. Specifically for seedlings and cuttings. You could tip up to be 600 high, but still it's barely big enough for a long term mother, and the smallest of propagators.

As an example, I have a 600x900x900 positioned to give half a meter of floor space and a 900 high roof. Working with how plants double in size during bloom, it can veg up plants big enough to fill a meter of flowering space, and get them straight into 12/12. It won't hold a mum, but if the flowering plants take 8 weeks, that gives 8 weeks to root cuttings taken as the plants leave the veg area. 8 weeks is ample to root and establish more plants. In fairness, that 600x900 floor space can feed a 1200x1200 tent every 8 weeks. If like someone suggested, you root in storage crates, then you have it empty for a couple of weeks, giving drying space for the crop that just came out. Mark it all off on your calendar, and 6 a year is easy. I just did 7.5 while others around me did about 3 lol

What measurements does this box actually have? Is it 60x40x40 inches?
my tent was /is 1x1x2 meters. remember the lights can´t be too close to the plants or they´ll burn which can be potentially dangerous. even autos can grow to be kinda tall-sih sometimes -they not all tiny. Plus the grow pot...

I think your set up would work. I dispose of mothers as soon as cuts root. Mothers are in gallon size nursery pots when they are trashed. Up pot cuttings a couple times before new cuts are taken. Always working with new green, nothing ever gets woody. I use a combination of T5's and screw in led's. This is small scale. Many mothers would require more space.

this makes me think about it again. If you keep topping the plants so they don´t get too close to the lights, it might actually work. But you have to keep a good eye on the height.

In this case 160 cm should be okay. And like I said if they get too tall, you can always just top them :)

A typical COB puts most of it's light down in a 90 degree cone. To light an area 40 x 60 you would want that COB at least 40cm above the plants. You do have 40cm, but its eroded by the chip not being on the roof, and the canopy not being on the floor. In reality the COB will be 20cm from the top of your cuttings, and you can't put a 50w COB 20cm from a cutting. 10w is about the limit.

I guess you could put a mum one end and a 20 cell prop the other, with the light in the middle over neither. Some tissue over the cuts could lower the light levels further and a white/reflective board could help the mum. It's all rather crap though. Is there no other option?

It's the probox propagater S for good reason. Though you can keep a mum in a PC case if you really wanted to.

it be working and it be better to have 2 layer one bigger for mums and smaller ones for clones

No, I don't mean Cob LEDs for the small Clone Box.. Maybe a CFL ore ESL light

I will buy this small Box it's enough for me i am an expert of bending lol so it's not a problem to control the hight with topping and LST if the new growth grows to big i can cut it down and again and again. For me it's only the Genetics that i can hold there if a start a new Grow i use Clones and hold mother bonsai plants there in litte Coco pots ore maybe soil i don't know yet but Coco it's great to handle its always hold enough air. Heat is i belive not problem it's sucks out of the tent from the Bloom tent! I think a 32 Watt ESL is great for that
