Well they don't know who the plants and pot belong to yet, they will come back and try to catch you there so they can find out who was living there and who the plant belonged to.
They can't charge you or issue a warrant if they don't know who you are.

Man most everyone is telling you right get your stuff and leave, save yourself the money of a lawyer and wait it out. This story just doesnt add up to me. If you only had 1 plant and a bong how does the neighbors know about it? Sounds like the building manager/attendant ripped you off...

Maybe they weren't actually looking for cannabis/drugs, maybe they were there looking for evidence regarding a completely different matter.

It's entirely possible in a place like that to have had previous crimes in that room. Maybe someone was murdered there in the past and they found your shit while looking at an unrelated crime scene.

Hopefully you get through this and learn your lesson about growing/smoking recklessly on rental property, especially a place like that.... If you're smart about it, you've already cleared your critical things out of there and are long gone. If you aren't yet, better do it. Unless they issue an APB / warrant for you specifically, then don't acknowledge it whatsoever.

You need to ask yourself some questions, 1, is there any paper work that is there that leads to you , ie. check book etc. answer no, good , yes your probably fucked, 2) do you have the means & money to leave, yes do so, no your fucked!!!!!
