i'm sorry but something is bullshit here. "The driver of the vehicle was cited for not having a license." NO mention of firearms charges? Discharging a firearm like that is usually grounds for serious shit - within a certain distance from a building, a house. That's like attempted murder if they can prove you shot in the direction of someone's home. And "proving" stuff is quite easy when you're a dirty cop. I'm surprised the cops didn't "find" a round "lodged" in this "SEAL's" house or do something else to hook him up and fuck the pussies who killed those dogs.
