I just watched mid season finally. Well Beth is gone witch leaves Darrel and Carroll sitting in the tree.
Did any one see the dude who came to the church and found the map in the seen they showed after the credits ran. Any speculation ? He and his son helped Rick in the 1st episode.

yeah that dudes gonna help them out, since rick found him first his kid died at the hands of his wife that he couldnt bring himself to kill as a walker, then he lost his mind and rick stayed with him trying to get him back thinking straight but ol boy is gone in the head but itll be good when he finds rick, probably when they need help the most

Yes last Rick saw him they had a fight and Carl shot him. Then they took guns to fight the governor.
Well he seems to be following these marking on the trees? Plus he does not look crazy any more.

Very cool prospect.

yup he looks like he snapped out of it and has the look like he knows what he's doing, trying to find his friend. its good because dude is smart and a bad mofo i really wish eugene wasnt lying but its going to make for a longer show which im happy for. i have a feeling carls heading for a melt down and going to do somthing very crazy and darell i feel is getting ready to flip too, a good man can only take so much, just like the dude thats following rick. damn i like this show way too much haha

I like this show a lot too. But there are times when I think they are stretching story line. We all think we want the show we love to go on forever, but I think its hard for the writers to keep the magic going. Maybe another season or two and wrap it up. Id hate for it to get dull and ruin its magic.

When does the show come back on? I do hate how it takes forever but maybe that's part of the draw, really gets u wanting it and not burned out on it.

Breaking bad and Walking dead are all about character development. That's what I like most about the two shows.

Perfectly! i thought the last half series of Breaking Bad was shocking and the final episode was more like the A Team than BB but each to their own , great series but a really poor ending imo

Exactly my sentiments too. It also shows that we are eager fans wanting the absolute best for the show. For it to end that weak was sad, but reinforces why I say don't go too long before the magic of what makes the show special fades.

Spot on MM , Soprano's,Dexter and The Wire being 3 that spring to mind that were really good but ran for at least a series more than they should have , Deadwood being the one exception that springs to mind that should have ran longer

as someone mentioned, its about the character development..
Like how Rick whent from cop to meltown to "family" leader.. Quite interesting..

But damn I hate those people that cant get themself to kill the zombies.. Like when the priest was about to jack the Z, until he saw the little cross.. Wtf..!

Dawn, you fucked with the wrong people! Ya wacko! Kinda pissed me off when Daryl didn't open up on the rest of the Grady Bunch. It would have been a bloodbath similar to the elevator scene in, The Shining!

RIP, Beth! Emily Kinney wasn't my favorite actor, but I sure would like to pin her legs back like a Tyson chicken!

There was a failed, social media campaign to boycott "Slabtown" because it was a Beth centric episode. Emily Kinney wasn't the strongest actor and Beth wasn't the strongest character, but I never could understand the venom and hate some had for both.

I now have hope Father Gabriel has finally grown a pair!

Abe, to the rescue! Maybe Michael Cudlitz can get a fat contract endorsing Mack trucks!

Noah has now replaced Eugene as the protected one. He's the only one that knows the way to Richmond!

Is it just me or is showing Morgan for 5 seconds every few episodes, gettin' old for anybody else?

In part, yeah I agree, there have been better episodes, but it seems like they rushed this one just to get Beth out of the way and off to Va.

Have never read past the first few anthologies, but I'm guessing getting to Richmond follows the Alexandria arc?

Compared to last years prison battle, weak ass shit.

Though seeing Daryl blow that fake cop's head off was worth it. I knew that was going to happen. Karma. It was worth every second of it.

They are just getting warmed up. I have a feeling(if you read the comic) much better episodes are coming.
Probably a good time to go read the comic.

I like the suspense of waiting for the show. Plus that would take away from my icmag reading time. lol
