The New York Times put out an article on 9/27/2020 that claims there was no evidence in the tax returns to suggest a 400 million debt to Russia.
It does say it reveals him as claiming net losses most years..

Its not code dude. He gave himself a 21m loan from his hotel in Vegas which had no money. No other bank would loan him Money. The 400 million is separate. Tx returns dont list who the debt is for. No credible report can say who he ows money to. It doesn't take much to figure it out when no one but Russians would loan him $$$. The Times does not break down who holds all of that $421 million in debt Trump has personally guaranteed. But its report does make clear that most of it is from Deutsche, the German bank. Specifically.. This has already been posted in depth in these threads. Im not gonna dig them all out again. If your interested do some research

I think there’s lots of speculation as to whom the 400 million is owed to. There is also no indication that the debts aren’t being paid off by the business. Acquire a mortgage and you’re in debt. That doesn’t mean you’re not making payments. It doesn’t mean you’re doing favors for the bank. It’s just all speculation at least at this point.
