Ironically, our frenimies over at the Lincoln Project are calling on the Biden Campaign to keep piling on. It kinda goes to show you the difference between the Reps and the Dems. I have heard it said, that the Dems know how to govern but they don't how to get elected, and the Republicans know how to get elected, but don't know how to govern. Unfortunately, there is some truth there.
Tulsi? Please. Don't be fooled. She's batshit crazy. She's "represents" my district, and I've had the pleasure of voting against her four times now. Look into her backstory, she and her religious wack job family proudly led the fight against gay marriage here, then when the tide changed so quickly did she. That fight sowed her up the god vote. My guess is she's gonna run for Governor when Ige terms out in 2022. She reminds me of Bush the lesser.... just slightly smarter.
Can it really be this easy? Is our 4 year nightmare over? A man who threatened the very marrow of this country brought down by a sub-microscopic infectious agent? Do you realize that ten years from now when our grandchildren ask us to give them an example of Karma, we'll laugh and point to this.
tRump promised us an October surprise. Was this it? If it was even I've gotta admit. I'm surprised...Who would have guessed that RBG would have died and Trump would have had a super-spreader event naming her ill-timed replacement.
Looking at the polls, the first debate hurt tRump, now he's down 18 nationally, a three point decline last week. Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Wisconsin have had Biden up in almost every poll taken in the last 3 months, and were he to win back just these three states he is our new president. That's pretty much a given. Then there's Florida. And Georgia. And Arizona. And North Carolina. He's up in all of those. Even Ohio is tied! This is shaping up to be a blowout.
But....
This is tRump we're talking about. Judging from today's shitshow at Walter Reed the doctors want us to believe all is well. Then we have Chief of Staff Mark Meadows telling us the opposite, but only off the record. Who knows what's going on? Which may be part of the plan. Many old fuckers like me remember Brezhnov. Anytime there would be members thinking of overthrowing him, he would get sick and be at deaths door. That would paralyze his opposition giving him time to marshal his forces. Once whatever that was threatening him was gone he'd get better.
So we wait. Stay tuned, vote early and often.

the drug remdesivir may shorten the course of the illness, but has not improved survival in its trials
thinking the more likely outcome is Trump survives but with reduced measures of health
and that recovery will not happen for some time

Some have had it,and had minor symptoms,and better within days.
A good working immune system can help,alot of the folks with a poor outcome are aged,fragile,with serious underlying conditions.
I'm betting on him making a full recovery,but of course I could be wrong,but I don't think so from what I've seen.

the information released is glaringly incomplete, what parts we see aren't all good
the WH medical facilities are impressive, short of surgery it's got just about everything
what this tells us is Trump is determined to get out of the hospital
in his mind he looks weak being in the hospital

Maybe your right,but from what I've seen seriously I'll covid patient's that have their blood oxygen level drop rapidly as has been reported to be his case wouldnt come off of O2 and give a 4 minute speech.

My predictions are just based on what I have seen,and how patients present in the days following covid attacking your pulmonary system.That is the reason for my predictions,it's not based on my political views.
African Americans do not fair as well with this disease historically either.
