It just came out that the Russian dossier came from American sources and the FBI knew it was not credible but used it to get fisa warrants anyways. The Russia nonsense was all bullshit to distract the public from the fact that the Obama administration spied on Trump's presidential campaign.

After seeing how Biden reacted to Trump when he closed travel to China I'm definitely not convinced he would do any better.
