Hello everyone, I want to share with you all my little indoor medicinal/therapeutic garden that I started a couple weeks ago!
I started growing just over a year ago due to high cost and low quality available at the dispo. So far I've had a number of successful auto flower grows, but as the saying goes "Even a blind squirrel finds a nut here and there!". That is to say, I still have a lot to learn and I have also stunted a few plants. This is my first time growing photoperiods, so this is going to be a learning experience!

Setup:
Light: Spider Farmer G5000 480w
Grow Medium: Recycled Royal Gold Tupur amended with 7-7-2 and 4-6-3, and dolomite Ag Lime.
Nutes: Earth Juice Sugar Peak Transition, as well as the OG Earth Juice Grow and Bloom. Earth Juice Oilycann calmag.

Genetics:
3 of the plants are from Serious Seeds: Seriotica, AK47, Double Dutch.
The last plant is Bloodmoon, a freebie from Multiverse Beans. The Bloodmoon is bringing up the rear because my Serious Seeds bubblegum died shortly after germination so I figured I would try out the Bloodmoon, why not?

Thanks for posting friend. I'm interested in how the 7-7-2 and 4-6-3, will work. I'm riding with you.

Ah yes, so there is a little bit a story behind that. Originally 10 gallons of medium had 4-6-3 that I had been using for autoflowers but I ran out of 4-6-3. My local nursery had a killer deal on 30 pounds of 7-7-2 so I scooped that up. I wasn't sure if the coco that had been sitting with amendments would have been getting "hot." So I ended up mixing the unused 4-6-3 amended coco with my remaining 10 gallons of coco to make the 20 gallons needed for this grow. Then I added the 7-7-2 for good measure.

Long story story, it was kinda unintentional and there is no ryhme or reason.

We have some growing pains already, looks like magnesium deficiency to me. I thought the lime I added in would handle the cal and mag but it seems like it's not quite ready yet. I brewed up some sheep manure tea and added some cal mag to feed the girls tonight, the tent is smelling like a barn yard at the moment...

What kind of water are you using?

Little update. So it appears it's probably a PH issue. I've been feeding calmag and the mag issues remain. Well that's alright sometimes we learn more from our mistakes, am I right boys? My plan is to pick up some replacement soil this week during my commute and hopefully in a few days I'll have these girls transplanted so we can move on to flower! The plants don't seem too bothered by the slightly above 7 PH, so hopefully they will bounce back quickly after the transplant.

They look like they're improving. Just so you know, Ca, Mg, K, are all antagonistic towards each other so too much of one locks out the others. My first thought is Ca toxicity from your well water plus all the other Ca you're giving. If that's the deal when you're giving CalMag you're just making things worse. Use Epsom instead when you see Mg deficiency. It doesn't have the Ca. It's just Mg and S.

How are you testing pH? I don't think that's the problem but I'm curious. Is it one of those cheap 3 in 1 meters?

No matter what I wouldn't give up yet. Good luck. I'll be following.

Thanks for the support @PadawanWarrior yes I just have a cheap 3 in 1 tester that's probably not very accurate.

I switched the light cycle to 12/12 yesterday and today I transplanted a few cuttings I took a couple weeks ago. In my spare time I have been doing some reading and the bonsai mother write up really got me excited about trying that out! A freebie feminized Trainwreck x Pistacho by Humboldt Seed Company is going to be the lucky first attempt at a mini mother! I soaked the seed 24 hours ago and it's already sprouted, surely a good omen for things to come.

It can take 10 days for cal mag to work.

Seriotica flew too close to the sun and I snapped her neck. I felt pretty bad about it first, I was wondering if the top would even survive or if I was saying good bye to the top cola. What I pleasant surprise when I opened up the tent today and I see that Seriotica's top cola has adjusted and is now pointing up towards the light! The mag issue seems to be improving a little or at least not getting worse. Lately the plants have been receiving plain well water.

Thanks for the reassuring words and for the continued help!

I could use some advice from someone who is more experienced than I am. I was recently gifted a clone of the famed Chaco cut ECSD. Unfortunately she had started to flower at her previous home. I gave her a light dose of Earth Juice nutes and put her under 24 hrs light. I am hoping she will reveg and I can transplant her into a better mix and keep her as a mother. I'm unsure whether the 24 hrs of light is a good idea.

I never run a plant 24 hours without a break because it needs the darkness to function correctly. Using more than 16 hours can cause stress to the clone or plant.

Plants need darkness for a number of reasons, including:

Regenerating phytochrome
Plants use sunlight for photosynthesis during the day, but at night they need darkness to regenerate phytochrome, a key compound.

Respiratory functions
Plants perform important respiratory functions at night, similar to how humans sleep.

Leaf senescence
Darkness is a cue that regulates leaf senescence, a process called dark-induced senescence (DIS).

Predicting seasons
Plants track the time of year and temperature at night to predict the changing of seasons. This helps them determine when to produce seeds to ensure their survival.

Light exposure
Plants should be exposed to light for no more than 16 hours per day. Too much direct light can cause leaves to become pale, burn, turn brown, and die.

Seedlings need at least 6 hours of darkness per day, and more mature plants need at least 8-10 hours. Google
