A group of fishermen in Florida may have broken a state record on April 15 after they caught a reported 832-pound bluefin tuna in the Gulf of Mexico.​

The massive tuna was caught roughly 160 miles out to sea, and it took the crew almost four and half hours to reel it in.

The catch has not yet been confirmed as a new state record, and the current record is listed as an 826-pound, 8-ounce bluefin tuna caught in 2017, according to the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission.

i always thought that, in order to qualify for a record, the fish had to be hooked, fought, and landed by a single angler? have read of potential records being tossed out for as little as someone else touching the rod...

That is a cool image.
I tried to find it on google earth, can't find it.
Tried to find it using image search, there are many pictures of 4 or 5 other bridges in the area but not that one.
The only place I found that image was on a twitter page. (ha, and now I can't re-find that)

Therefore I'm thinking it was manufactured.
