i used to laugh at the song "she's a brick house", now i nod in agreement.

eggs (with the yolk), peanut butter, etc. etc... might as well live life while we have it
the subcutaneous fat is the best part of pork, duck, etc... dark meat chicken, mmhmmm
and my progress into dad bod territory is still embarassingly slow.
