We've done dozens of these crayfish feeds for friends, not profit. Certain lakes have really big crayfish, virtually every lake up here in northern MN is chock full of them, we trap in the lakes w/the biggest ones of course, crazy thing is that it's an untapped industry whether for food or fishing bait, the harvest's light and crawdad's plentiful.......
