Years and years ago when I was in Venice I got up early one morning and took a stroll with my camera. It was just before sunrise, kind of spooky, there wasn’t much activity yet. The canals were like glass and I was shooting B & W…some of the pictures are surreal. With some of them you can turn them upside down and not tell a difference.

This was before the digital age, all film. Probably should have them digitized.
