I noticed a lot of errors and problems with that article (primarily editorial issues). But, $150 million to train our citizens seems like a drop in the bucket when compared to all of the wasted tax dollars spent funding education in general. Seems like if we are going to be importing H1B'ers that we have a duty to provide training to our own citizens. Otherwise, it is nothing more than government sponsored economic sabotage of our nation and aiding and facilitating a foreign invasion, particularly when 70% of H1B'ers are coming from just one nation.
Also, how is it 'ironic?'
