I completely missed the order of which personal insult to use on which people that are not me.

Orders are that 'snowflake' is only to be used on left wing citizens? What penalty if used improperly? Are we talking more insults or physical violence?

I personally would hate to be so handicapped I could only call folks names that were officially approved by a man who's proudest achievements are of passing a cognitive ability test and holding a glass with one hand.
