and when you annoy a multi- millionaire, you'll see their true (de facto) purpose.

as has been already stated (by cannavore, iirc a few weeks ago), the supreme court has ruled that they have no legal responsibility to help you.

and many cops take that to heart.

luckily i live in a place where the cops seem to generally be willing to help their employers (me and you, de jure). and i do appreciate that.

You have the comprehension issues as always professor. Nobodys excusing the cops negligence.
But they DIDNT light the woman on fire and film it. Thats where the crime started. THATS what killed her
Its a pity there wasn't someone around to put his useless ass in a chokehold

In the video it doesn't sound like she's screaming or making a sound unless it was removed from the video. She's just kinda standing there on fire. If I saw that I might think the person lit themselves on fire for some weird protest or something. It's strange. I would think if she was screaming people would've done something sooner.

It's a shame they went after Penny like that. It's gonna make some people think twice about helping.

You're probably right. I only saw the clip where she's standing so she probably did scream at first until she couldn't anymore. I don't know how you couldn't.

I was just saying if I walked past that without any screaming, I might think the person lit themselves on fire. There's a lot of crazies out there. I'm trying not to jump to conclusions of what the people or officers on scene were thinking. The clip was strange, so I don't know what to think.
