IS there anything to talk about? looks like folks that are still violating federal law would WANT more federal judges that were defense attorneys instead of prosecutors. folks need to stop categorizing lawyers by their dislike for those they represented. our legal system provides that every accused person gets legal defense. nowhere in there does it say that you can only represent obviously innocent folks or popular people. judges are supposed to be knowledgeable of the law and unbiased in its application, not advocates for the prosecutors...those bastards already have the power of the state (and $$$) behind them to hammer you with, they don't need the judges putting their thumbs on the scale too. "just the facts, please..."
