The rich still lived much better than the poor. They didn't die. They didn't starve. They just had to take their foot off the throats of everybody else.

Did you know along time ago when a corporation was formed it was only allowed to exist to obtain a goal. like building a bridge or a restaurant or something. they once the goal was complete the corporation was disbanded. Next project, new corporation. This keeps special interests groups from even forming to influence governing. Rich people can still be rich, just not influential. The only influence they get is their vote like everyone else.

I couldn't imagine Obama and the democrats doing this, sounds like more of a republican thing. I hope they don't put these debt defaulters in with the rapists and murderers and the prison gangs.
In Australia in the state I live in they don't jail people for not paying parking or speeding fines and such like they used to do; I't used to be, and this was a long time ago, but one day in jail for each $25 they owed. But they stopped that because some young guy 18 years old got put in jail for not paying a fine and some hardened lifer tried to rape him and he defended himself and ended up getting killed.
Maybe the FEMA camps had an ulterior motive all along.

Let me tell you, Obama started right out the gate by putting Tim Geithner in as Treasury secretary. I saw the handwriting on the wall, that was in 2009. He's taken shit tons of money from Goldman Sachs. He's done so much shady shit in foreign policy, drone strikes galore, NDAA. Sending the DEA to raid dispensaries all over Cali, has said they'll be coming after CO and WA too. He's not Romney (Mr. Burns) but he's by no means trustworthy.

How about this:
You extend credit, you take a risk.
Why should I have to pay tax dollars to support a legal system that helps you to recover money when you extend credit to those who may (or may not) be a benefit to your business?
Isn't that another form of privatized gain and subsidizing losses?

Civil court costs should be entirely borne by those who use them to regain money or services carelessly lent and not funded by taxpayers.
Credit has a cost and that true cost should be borne only by those who engage in it.

Why should I pay to subsidize deadbeats? I'm smart enough not to lend money.

no, not unless you meant "working on" as in doing the exact opposite of what you said. lincoln is the one who is responsible for bringing us big government plutocracy. he poured millions of tax dollars into railroads and other big corporation subsidies. he was a traitor to everything our constitution stood for. read the book "the real lincoln" for details.

Here's a really telling fact for anyone who gives our government the benefit of the doubt.
