Evening folks. Waited all winter for this time of year!!
Had to shoot one of my dad’s goats today. Was a bottle fed baby he had from birth. She was about 13, just stopped eating a few days ago.
He was pretty attached to her. I offered to do the work since I was not invested in her like that.
Big boy has been enjoying his extra rations. Throwing some fat on him. He has a date with a freezer in a month or two.

I really feel sorry for that woman having to lug of the gigantic titties around. They both got away 10 pounds each and that’s gotta play a number on your back thank God men don’t have titties cause we never stop playing with them…

Government cheese and powdered milk poor.
Went to college in Pueblo and slept in my van in the parking lot for 3 months taking showers at 6am in the gym before the VA finally ponied up the GI bill. Then was able to rent a stucco chicken coop built in the 30's that was converted to living quarters. Had bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom and faced south to keep the chickens warm in winter.
Slept under pine trees in the City Park in Ft. Collins - didn't have the van any more - while attending college there.
