Mineral and salt concentration​

Spotted Lake is richly concentrated with various minerals. It contains dense deposits of magnesium sulfate, calcium and sodium sulphates. It also contains high concentrations of eight other minerals and lower amounts of silver and titanium.[3]

Most of the water in the lake evaporates over the summer, revealing colourful mineral deposits. Large "spots" on the lake appear and are coloured according to the mineral composition and seasonal amount of precipitation.[3] Magnesium sulfate, which crystallizes in the summer, is a major contributor to spot colour. In the summer, remaining minerals in the lake harden to form natural "walkways" around and between the spots.

A suitcase type in a shopping cart and yanked on to go in the back seat and pulled my bicep
All black and blue to my elbow joint bicep side.

Was the service slow because of being under staffed? Glad the meal was enjoyable. We talked about having one meal at Salty's this summer. Something we will do.

I was suppose to go for a sleep study but declined and also never went back to the specialist who prescribed it again.

Ive had 2 sleep studys, I thought the same as you but I slept, I guess.

I don’t think I’d be a great candidate for a sleep study. Just knowing they were watching me, I would never go to sleep until I got home

I happened to be being tested at the hospital for my asbestosis at the time and mentioned the doc wanted me to be part of a sleep study. After my testing was done and I read their report, they mentioned that they did not think a sleep study was of any use to me. The lung specialist thought I should still come to the out of town sleep study place. It would have been very inconvenient for Mrs who would have had to pick me up at odd hours.
Also at that time, I asked my family doc if he would send me to another respirologist as I thought mine was not acting professionally. The other lung doc thought my respirologist of 10 years was asking too many tests of me.
Also at that same time our gov't decided to publish the income of doctors. Comparing other respirologists income to my respirologist, mine was definitely sending people for more tests than required. His income was greater than the average doc by quite a bit. He was abusing the system.

A sleep study wouldn't be successful if you did not sleep and your hooked up to equipment.

OH my, good thing you have one good arm and hand. Everyday we get older we seem to be more easily beat up.

What flavor did you have?

Old people get to bruise up easily and look like they have been tortured. My Mrs bruises up if a gust of wind hits her or someone looks at her mean spirited.

I've been putting a good word out to the universe so you wouldn't have to cope with the likes of nurse Ratchet. Heal well and fast.
