Happy Sunday Folks,
Highest pollen count we had yesterday. It's suppose to rain today, hopefully. Get rid of some of it.
Going to stay inside today and clean the house.
Wife made breakfast: Hash browns, eggs, Sausage, grits, toast.

Yes a little rain is good this time of year. My backyard is raining oak noodles heavy right now. Hopefully we will get some rain too to wash it away a bit. Your breakfast sounds delicious you lucky devil

Another day and Ivan is outside, trying to hunt his prey. He’s got a large piece of property to play on, but he usually hangs out on the back porch waiting for me to open the door after he goes out in the morning… although Ivan will never be a Dutch he is as good a dog in his own right and he’s very loving to me. Not so much with anything else that breathes out in the yard. Snakes and squirrels are one of his favorite past times, and I have to say he’s pretty darn good at it. I’ve got some company coming over and then I got a slog through the weather to get to the grocery store. Is hoping everybody will have a nice peaceful day.

We got Poplar noodles that holds the seeds, what's the oak ones do.
Haven't seen those
so crawling around under the house playing plumber , I somehow damaged my knee
oh well , serves me right…
2 more plumbing jobs to go
1. dishwasher , won’t pump out water
2. replace guts on one of the toilets , easy peasy
gonna do some research on dishwasher repair , never worked on one in my life
but I ain’t gonna pay a plumber $100 an hour with a 4 hour minimum , hell , I could buy another one for that price
any tips would be appreciated

Poplar noodles look more like long caterpillars that's where the seeds are located.
Don't understand the oak noodles their seeds are acorns?

They stick in my golden doodles hair like Velcro. They cover our deck in minutes after blowing it off. I think maybe the seeds come later as it drops red hard berries in the fall. They look like this now tho.
