A rainy day here, starting at 43F and predicted to reach 53F.

Gym this morning and another indoor sports day due to the rain.

Salty's, a local premier seafood restaurant, has a $35 3-course meal special starting Sunday, so we will be making reservations for that today, as well as at least one more day during the special.

Hello jokerman, it's been a long time since I've been to a pool party. My employer had a pool party. It was many years ago, we drank, swam, then naked swimming. One of the guy's put a towel around himself but it didn't hide what was under the towel, if anything it made the towel stand out. I think he was infatuated by one of the women. It was quite funny actually like a comedy movie.

part of the floor will need to be replaced along with some pvc and a new main shut off valve

otherwise we are glad to be living on the grid again with some of life’s little conforts

Good idea! If he works out, we could invite him and a limit of fifty women of his choice to our annual naked hot tub party.

Seems like we've been short of women the last few parties, which is surprising given how much longer women live than men on average.

Maybe it is our threads title?? Perhaps we should add, "and Fartesses" so that more women knew that they were welcome.

All that you said makes perfect sense to me, I believe I understand what your getting at. Like I said the other day, you and Ivan area team of two. To put that bond at risk is not something you want to do lightly.

When I raised my last cat from a kitten, I was taken back by all the work of making the cat accustomed to our home. It was like raising a child. I can't imagine raising a pup would be any different, you would be spending more time with the pup in training and less time with your buddy Ivan. Who might take it as an unwelcome intrusion, if that was the case, your work in trying to iron out all the wrinkles might be a bit much.
Bringing a young new animal into your home and making it home friendly takes effort, time and patience

At least you have come to a conclusion and can move on from it with confidence your doing the right thing.

Amazing how we appreciate the little things like water, electricity and sewage. Hope you get things fixed up to normal soon and get back to the meat market to stock up.
