I have one that just makes a beep or a buzz that does not stop my Arlo from barking hysterically at his friends when he sees them. It’s a friendly bark but he has a deep voice now and is scary to some and embarrassing to me usually as it seems I have no control of my dog when it happens. He is now over 60 pounds of muscle and strength and can pull me down without the prong collar I got him for our walks. His mind has not matured like his body tho and even with all the barking a giant teddy bear looking doodle is really not that intimidating, just embarrassing for me. I have resorted to bypassing those nice people, their friendly dogs and kids that Arlo is missing out on visiting as Maryjane gets all the love and pets from the walkers, their kids and pets and he does not for acting like an ass. I’m hoping he will eventually outgrow this behavior so we can walk up to them and say hello which is all he wants to do anyway.

I'm blessed with a pup that will be one year old next week - and he's very sociable - but not so barky/yappy - if another dog shows aggression towards Loki - he will show some back - then run to me - for his security - I've usually had big security dogs in the past - now it's a nice change - having to do the security - for the little scamp - very funny too - because he's smart enough to know that in a fight he wouldn't stand a chance against these bigger dogs - so he chooses the sensible/logical option - for survival - and gets me to be his bodyguard -

Buddy of mine just recently built one of those and within a week it was his most recent worst regret.
He said it went too fast too fast and couldn't stop for shit.
Broke an arm some ribs a leg and spent a few days in the hospital.

Tell your buddy they make a thing called a throttle It can be used to control the vehicles speed. My worry is my rpm’s will be too low at the speed I want to ride. Hearing can only do so much with the setup I have. Could do a jackshaft for a gear reduction though.
The only info I see online are people doing speed runs. Nothing about low speed, we will see. Maybe today.
Mixed up a gallon of gasoline with Klotz Super Techniplate two stroke oil. It’s the best smelling stuff in the world. I use it in my methanol model engines, and my lawn equipment. Used to use Stihl synthetic oil until it went Biodegradable.

Morning folks! The sun is shining and it's supposed to be in the 70's. The puppy guy might have had a change of heart. Last night he was busy, this AM, he'd sent LOTS of pix and some video. Good morning folks. I’ve been up for an hour and now I’m settled in on an ice pack before I head to the gym. Mornings are very tough for me because I’ve done so much damage to my body over the years but ice and heat help me get motivated. Here’s hoping everybody has a five star day… I spoke to the breeder yesterday and I told him I didn’t think it would be wise to bring a puppy into the house with Ivan as aggressive as he is. I had a dream. I let the boys out in the morning and only Ivan came back. I went out looking and found a very torn up little puppy, so Ivan is going to be a solo dog. He was a perfect companion for Dutch, but that was because Dutch was the type of dog that didn’t take any bullshit. Speaking of bullshit, it’s nice to see the lack of friction and animosity in this thread today. Let’s hope we don’t have any rebel rousers drifting in.

long shower with copious amounts of hot water!…what a luxury after 4 months of heating water on a propane stove and lots of cowboy baths

a nice steakhouse next door so I’m gonna treat Swede to some carnivore delights!..
