Allow me to share a back, hip, and shoulder pain success story. We have a firm orthopedic mattress, on which I typically sleep on one side or the other, because its painful to lie flat.

I started developing hip and shoulder pains that kept me awake, but those mostly went away after we added a 2" memory foam topper with another 2" pad for ventilation.

I was caught off guard when he said he had been to Woodstock, then it clicked, he is not that old.
I need to finish my coffee and get some chores done, I'm not feeling it, but I need to get on them, soon.

Back from an adventure at the lake. Went by myself as Mrs Pute is at the Doctor. Not much going on out there today. There were a few boats on the water but other than that it's all quiet there.

Just checked to see if my starts had anymore roots showing.....nope.

Mrs Pute is going in for a steroid shot in her hip today. . X-rays show no damage….why then is she in so much pain.

Sometimes X-rays get wrongly diagnosed, my neighbor she fell off the edge of a curb and damaged her foot. The first x-ray showed no damage when she went back a second time they seen a fracture. My Mrs, said that exact same thing happened to her son in Texas.

A couple years ago I went in for several x-rays on my shoulder had to go back for a second set of x-rays. They found moderate to severe degeneration. I waited for 3 months for that pain to go away, they didn't do a darn thing except to tell me I had unrepairable injuries.
