I'm a 'Deer Park', kinda guy, but San Pellegrino is a tasty, refreshing beverage.
Or, tap water through a Brita filter is fine.
I like the cleansing bite of sparkling waters for special occasions, but for day to day use, I found that I drink a lot less liquid than I do when I add electrolytes to RO or Distilled water. I try to put down over two liters a day.

Having flown in and out of Reagan more than a few times, and being generally familiar with the area, this was an accident waiting to happen. Pay attention to the helicopter routes this former army pilot discusses. The one that created the problem this time was one that comes directly down from Maryland staying on the Eastern side of the Potomac River to the area in question. To reach the landing runway in question planes need to cross over from the Eastern land side of river, to the Western side in Virginia, in order to land. I watched an even better graphic representation of these pathways but lost it in the internet shuffle and can't locate it now. Looks like this specific helicopter route has been shut down, at least for now. IMHO they should close it permanently. There are other designated routes helicopters can use.

That blue track shows the pilot went so far past the shore as to get in the way of the takeoff path on the main runway. She had to swerve to the left suddenly to get back to the track she should have been following. Then she was all over weaving like a drunk, until she decides to hang a right and go into the other runway landing path.

be sure and brush your teeth

When it comes to deciding between a can of sugary soda or a LaCroix, the sparkling water is a much better choice for your overall health: soda makes you gain weight, puts you at risk for several chronic diseases, and destroys your teeth worse than plain old sparkling water. (Hello, cavities!)

But like everything in life, LaCroix should be enjoyed in moderation. Drinking a few cans a week is fine; downing one 6-pack a day could spell trouble for your teeth.
what's wrong with carbonated H20?

You guys need to step back a little and hit the pause button. Gypsy is going to have to step in and rename this thread The O'l Politicians Club. It is no wonder that someone as innocuous as oldmaninbc decided to walk away. Page after page of this rehashed shit gets boring. One of the main reasons I don't have any social media accounts. Now here.

Boo, if others don't want to follow Gypsy's stated rules, that is their business, not mine. I am not here to scold, only to remind. We remind each other so that this is the nice and kind place to visit that we all like to enjoy and be a part of. When every other post is Political, it is getting over the top. And, coming from someone who is Apolitical, it is pretty easy to see the saturation point. When other members are being driven out because of obviously excessive & unkind Political posting, it's time to step back and pause, and perhaps rethink. Thanks for sharing. I'm not going anywhere.:)

My guess, which is that only, is that there is going to be a finding of pilot error, most likely on the fault of the Black Hawk. That formal helicopter route necessarily so traverses two of the three runways at Reagan. Time for a new plan.
