A little something from each of the health food groups!Yep - Chicken Madras is my main meal everyday - with Jasmine rice - fresh tomato- and Greek Yogurt - I pack it full of spuds and carrots - green beans - broad beans - red kidney beans - chick peas - parsnips - red and yellow sweet peppers - green chili's - loads of fresh chopped ginger 🫚 - two garlic bulbs - 4 big onions - 5lbs of chicken breast - 2 lemons - and loads of Madras curry powder -

I walk regularly - every day in suburban London - never ever had to be packing any weapon - and I ain't afraid of no one either - fear is your worst enemy - but ya - these days the streets are full of people who weren't born here - and adhere to different norms and values - that are not in line with traditional British values - and that's always a bugbear to me -
