Hey buddy how are you? I'm just waiting for football. I think it's 430 start time. Have some different soda pops and tortilla chips and 7 layer dip. Mmm beans. Gimme them refried beans. Still haven't quit tobacco. Very addicted. It is like a drug. Can't get off it. Anything going on this weekend? Watching a show on the Templars and Nova Scotia and New England
Lets change, from "like a drug" to "it is a drug and a very powerful and addicting one at that."

Oh yeah, I know it's not easy, I tied several times to quit. It wasn't until I got lung pain that I decided to quit but it still took me about 3 months. When your really ready to quit you'll do it DB.

The typical weekend...quiet and sitting at home, waiting for spring, can get out and enjoy the outside.
TV in the evening.

I am looking for some male pollen so it will probably be the only female I ever saw do it as well.
😆
I've got 2 thin mint males just about ready tot drop pollen...it's yours if you want it but it'll have to wait a few more days...

the cleaning crew have been told there is no entry if the door is locked...an 8" carbon scrubber works just fine...

With lumps.

Alas.

But I was quick enough to get the lid of the toilet up and... well, you know the rest.

Hi Pute! Are you high yet?

Edit for context - DR thinks it's diverticulitis, been "keeping an eye on it" for 12 months, finally got a scan before christmas and now a 10 week wait for results! Gotta love our health service...
I have diverticulosis, got to see it myself when they used a camera HD, it was a very clear view and could see the indentations clearly in the colon from the diverticulosis and how waste can get caught up in it and cause an infection.
That's one of the reasons I use fiber, so it can clean out the colon and prevent infections. I have not had a case of diverticulitis since understanding why it I got infections.

I had an extreme case of diverticulosis and diverticulitis...both hit me at the same time and I was admitted to the hospital...they opened me up and removed 6" from my colon...bastards left a hole and I go septis so bad I was treated for 19 days...I got no food and was given my last rights...to this day I still have issues due to a fuckin moron for a doctor...

Technical writers from foreign countries baffle me sometimes with their instructions.

Hello GW:)
Me too! For instance, what does this mean?

To insure the accuracy of the measurement, please wear the watch at least one finger away from the bone joints and keep the strap loose and tight....................

If you are just using them for time like cola says the time is everywhere around you on all your devices but if you want to monitor your heart rate or other health related things, the smartwatch comes in handy. I have an Apple smart watch but I hate the way it hell hounds me 😂
Are the programming instructions in Queens English?

Does it have to be paired with a smart phone?

I am so glad I never started smoking. Just wasn't my thing.

Sorry to hear that OM. I get my (hopefully) last colonoscopy next year. Did one at 55 then 65 and now 75. The first two times I came out clean as a whistle. Hoping for the same result next year.

I had an extreme case of diverticulosis and diverticulitis...both hit me at the same time and I was admitted to the hospital...they opened me up and removed 6" from my colon.
Boo, how many times have you been cut open? Or have you lost count......

Last time I wore a watch was the day I retired....15 years ago.

This sounds painful Boo, and thanks Oldman but fibre seems to make me worse.

I've had hot pain and grumbley grumbles in my lower left abdomen and the squirts on and off for about 14 months now.
Just waiting on the scan coming back from the bermuda triangle it would seem. 10 weeks turnaround. 🤣

I've found a couple of strains that just melts the discomfort away in my abdomen though, but I think I need to just hit the water, chicken and white rice for a few weeks, try and give my gut a rest.

It's no fun having a dodgy bottom. 😒

I got the wife a fitbit sense 2 for her birthday last week, it's crazy the data she can get from it.

She loves it.

She now knows how many glasses of wine it takes to elevate her pulse and her body temperature by a degree. 🤣

She's pushing the limits tonight! :whee:
