We have universal healthcare, it has it's issues but all round, I am fine with it. I'm in my 76th year and the health system has not let me down too much.
They need to cut back on immigration and let people get the service they need when they need it.
Drug coverage is based on income and we pay full price till we reach a deductible then prices decrease until all you pay is the drug store dispensing fee. My Mrs has many prescriptions. It would be incredibly expensive without coverage.

Like I say it has it's shortcomings but I'm very grateful for it. I would not want to be without it.

not only the hoe’s running the health systems, but all the hypochondriacs/obese in this country that work the system to death instead of eating/exercising or just working hard which keeps the human in touch with reality are the ones contributing to as well…
I personally have been fortunate on one hand to get this far without any real problems besides feeling like been in a daily car wreck…which I contribute to my work and play…and feel for those that truly have to fight real problems…

Lots of Sharia Law, for the 'deterrent effect'. 1 woman and her kids waving around their nubs, properly publicized, would greatly reduce theft.
Your best bet is the 'million man militia' and the 'National Democratic Socialist' party. They have nice uniforms and the support of the 'wise and ancients of mu-mu' and the 'illuminati'.
