Burj Al Babas project was launched in 2014 in the Turkish town of Mudurnu, near the Black Sea. The town is full of half-finished, abandoned, mini Disney-esque castles. 700 buildings were planned but only 587 could be half-constructed.

Interesting evening: K took the dogs to get gas. Arriving home, they encounter my neighbor's Great Dane, Medula, what has receive little to no training. Kashmir went into 'fight or flight' mode, and got the hell out of Dodge, meanwhile, K is swinging a metal bar, holding Maggie(whose not doing well, she's 18+), and screaming, 'get back, control your dog, etc...' In the process, K managed to piss herself. When Kay came over, we hugged it out and I suggested a shock collar. Kay agreed. She's had a bad day-someone in Germany pulled a pay-pal scam on her for $1500 for her old wedding dress. Still trying to make sure he'll install my new fan/light combos for the bathrooms. Shooting for Sunday, after the snow.

I told a guy today, I support universal health-care and air-craft carrier groups. The idea of a little piece of America in several places, capable of ending civilization, helps me sleep better at night.
Now if my militia could get 'real' arms...grenades, mortars, full-autos, etc...
I know what you're thinking, 'CB, you can 'improvise' a lot of that stuff, but I think, if ya have a permit, ya should be allowed into those 'real' military surplus sales. Where the military gets rid of 'older' weapons.
I'd pay a LOT of money for a couple of Ma-Deuces and belt-fed ammo or a few crates of 'pine-apples'...
