A partly cloudy day here starting at 42F and predicted to reach 54F.

Gym this morning and two contractor appointments for window replacement bids. I also need to make an appointment with a custom shop to bid just replacement panels.

Now that I have done the research, I start taking bids to replace the load center at one of the rentals. The owner of the electrical company that I typically use, who takes out the permits and lets me do the work, has retired and gone out of business, so I will pay to have the breaker panel installed and do the rest myself, which I can do without a electrical license.

I just got word that we are going to be great grand parents again, this time on my side of the family.

Good morning everyone. Freezing cold here. We got snow in the middle of the night which a got a glimpse of on the table on the deck when I let Maryjane’s and Arlo out at 3:00 am. Now we have rain mix melting it. Supposed to be cold and rainy all day so we will prolly miss at least the morning dog walk. The dogs seem to get it and just take a nice nap day. I will break out something new from the toy bag in the hall closet to occupy their time if Arlo gets antsy.
‘don’t have a plan today but will pick a sample bud from both the spice girls and the Truffle treats for my new German friend Z visiting my garden page who feels I should harvest now . It’s fun to take an early sample anyways but I’m gonna let it go a bit longer even tho I have a few amber trichomes.

Thank you sister woman, I was glad to hear it myself. My son can't have kids and out of my daughters thee sons, this is the first great grand baby from my side.

Great grand baby Number One from Grayfox's side is about 18 months and still stealing the center of attention at all family gatherings, including Mothers and Fathers day, as well as all the birthdays and anniversaries.
