Brrrrr 13f wc 2f in the house was 58f
RMH is blazing, putting out 450f and turned on the electric heat for the first time. @11000w we only use it to take the chill off. Can all most hear the electric meter screaming from spinning so fast.
Today I find out how much my f-up will cost me. That is IF I can find the pto clutch disks. The whole clutch assemble is $1000,oo bucks. Just need 2 little disks @30.oo each. If I lived in India, I could get them for a few rupees or have them made for cheap. Mahindra tractors are everywhere over there.

A partly cloudy day here starting at 42F and predicted to reach 54F.
Gym this morning and two contractor appointments for window replacement bids. I also need to make an appointment with a custom shop to bid just replacement panels.
Now that I have done the research, I start taking bids to replace the load center at one of the rentals. The owner of the electrical company that I typically use, who takes out the permits and lets me do the work, has retired and gone out of business, so I will pay to have the breaker panel installed and do the rest myself, which I can do without a electrical license.
I just got word that we are going to be great grand parents again, this time on my side of the family.
