HOWEVER, I did notice that dividend go up (usually) steadily. For 2024, their dividend was 6.46%.

That sucks I hated winter in Florida but now that I know how to dress I am loving it.

No, but I did catch one Hellava buzz. Drove home and the truck was moving from the whiskey I had. Good thing I never hit any public roads cuz I was toasted. Got in the bed and just got my seat belt on when the baby woke up.
I was more worried about getting shit faced and watching the stars. Beaver hunting was a reason to leave. I woulda popped one if I’d seen it through. I been wanting to try one. I smoked a bobcat last year. I’d like to smoke a beaver, I think It would make good bbq. Being a fatty meat.

Sorry to hear that. When I was 11 or 12 , 2 young boys jumped in the river in May and the water was cold and they cramped up and drown while their mother was on shore. I still remember her crying. They dragged for them.It was so sad
