I just checked solar panel output, and on an overcast day I get 30% of what I get in full sun, if that helps.
On average you get 130 days of sunshine
I get 60 more days a year of sunshine than you do but still below the US average of 205 sunny days a year.
But I have a lot of unavoidable shading issues you could avoid.
My Honey made a chicken soup that was beautius.

Im getting a flat cast iron top for me propane grill
Iuse that for short cooks and charcoal for long term cooking.
Gonna make cheese steaks ,which in truth unless it gets warm will happen on my cast iron 2 handled skillet.
Somehow to use a stove to heat and cook at the same time seems like a double bonus
