We bought two sliding glass Anderson doors and a bedroom outside door and storm door. Cost 26.000. We have had them out once already as the wheels under one of the doors broke and they didnt set the lock quite right. I would never go with them again although you may have the same experience with others…
To me thats outrageous.
Because Im in the trades and know others ,but for those who dont know anyone its a crime what happens.
But running a buisness " Is no cheap" either

Flickers do thousands in damage to siding on houses here. Best they don’t stop by my bird feeders….might be the last thing they ever do.

They stick with trees here. We have an endless supply of trees for them to pick from.

We have a resident Pileated Woodpecker that's huge. At least as big as a crow, maybe bigger. If that dude started pecking at your siding he would sound like a construction crew.

Yes you are right, I need to update my garden page. A Quick Look tho. The plants in the back are the spice girls. They have a couple or three weeks left I think. They have a really nice smell and even out in my driveway where the tent vents to. The two plants in the front are truffle treats which boo gifted me 2 clones. The buds on all the plants are very hard and just the way I like them.
yes there were a lot of gifts under my tree. We hosted the family Christmas party this year. We had just under 50 people who all brought gifts and food. We were overwhelmed with presents. It sure swallowed up my tiny tree 😁

I did a job in million dollar home development in NJ.

Within 2 years I had every house (43) in the neighborhood as a customer.

Within 3 years 1/2 of them would pay me to take bids from other contractors on work I didn't do. Then I would supervise the project. I would get bids on a roof replacement that ranged from $30k - $140k. They all probably subbed it out to same group of Mexicans in the end.

time to go see Hank , generator is getting low on pane

also bought a couple refillable 1 gal tanks with adapters to refill from the 20 gal tank

we spent about $150 on pane for December so we are happy with those numbers , came in under budget

that’s running just about everything , stove , fridge , lights , and recharging all our devices

Back to the business at hand....checked the trich's on my first Truffle Treats. So, far it is turning out to be as Advertised by Boo. The trich's are turning nicely. Just a few more days. I'm glad as I am a bit rushed right now. If she tastes and smokes as good as she looks this one is a WINNER.

Was thinking how this could be used to run power tools in the salt mines
