Sorry, that was funny to me for some reason old man.
Me too. A famous Sneakydicker Fambly story is about my Great grampa: He was about 12 years old or so and thoroughly drunk.

And he was being chased by his Daddy. He was up for a whuppin' no error. There was a log that spanned the stream and the kid ran across it. He picked up an axe to cut the log.

Missed, and cut the end of his foot off.

SOOPER UNCA TRIVIA: I was twelve years old. I had walked about a mile down to the railroad station to meet my Daddy and walk home with him.

There was a row of stores just before we turned to walk the last 1/3 mile to our house. One of them was The White Horse. Daddy walked in, and the place smelled wonderful and strange. We sat down on stools at the bar.

Nobody was there except us. Daddy sez: "Two beers."

Bartender: "That kid ain't eighteen."

Daddy: "Cut the bullshit and give the kid a beer."

That was the first over-the-bar beer in my life, and I never forgot it. I was utterly shit-faced by the time we got home.

Rainy here starting at 42F and predicted to reach 49F.

I have an appointment this morning with the glass glowing shop to go over my latest print and a couple meetings this afternoon with wood window replacement contractors. Getting bids on Anderson, Pella, and Marvin wood windows.

I got hold of of the retired Electrical Engineering Program Manager who I worked with at PCC and picked his keen alleged mind on electrical upgrades. He shot me a copy of NEC Article 406 which outlines the requirements and parallel those that we've discussed here, adding only that the outlets have to be labeled GFI protected, no equipment ground.

had few .357’s… like the .22mag… will kill yur hearing… prefer my .45LC… dumps a chunk of lead in target and can actually shoot without earplugs….
new windows… rental or yur home
45LC is one of my favorite cartridges. Not only is it available in loads suitable for the old single action revolvers, but the case length is exactly the same length as the .357 and the .44 Mag, so it can be loaded up to Mag velocities for shooting in modern revolvers like the Ruger and SW's.

The 44 Mag probably would not exist if there weren't all the older revolvers around. They would have just loaded the .45LC to case capacity, which is more powerful than the 44 Mag.

Besides being more pleasant to shoot, another nice thing about the slower bullets is that you can hear them hit the target because that sound arrives after the muzzle blast. Kaboom,...... kerwhack!! Same with the 45ACP.

@OleReynard It most ricky-ticky is .22mag. Mine has a hard rubber non-slip handle.

Like Boo says, the wooden one will be slippier (more slippy?).

But, frankly, it don't/won't make. The joy of this little chunk of dynamite is that when it goes off, the fargin world stops for a bit.

And that is from behind. I have placed myself (safely) forward of the blast when Superwitch put a hole in a paper plate.

This is gonna be harder to swallow than a Vaseline sandwich, but this little flamethrower is considerably louder than a 9mm. On toppa that, it shoots a goddamn' flame about two feet.

I have option to carry any of a dozen pistols in my possession. T-shirt and shorts... and I am always carrying. The best part is, I am not even aware of it in my pocket. It is tiny, and it is light.
That u tube looked like she had a bit kickback.
I got a Ruger 3 screw convertible single six goes from 22 to 22 mag that I just love.
And it even has a bit of kick

I have to laugh, my wife keeps instructing me not to park in seniors parking spots at the S/C because we are not seniors. But I have to keep reminding her that we are. I hope its not the start of memory loss, on the plus side she wouldnt be able to bring up 40 year old arguments anymore.
