Yes after feeding the line side everything connected to the load is GFI protected.
The reason I say to install a GFI at each location is if you locate the feed and put the rest of the room or rooms on the load side ,they are protected but more sensitive ,
When you install a Gfi in a existing condition the absence of a ground is not as much of a issue.
If there is a fault it can be rest at the location.
Years ago when gfi were expensive they would put one in the garage and then a outside recept and a bath.
Gfi trips in the garage hidden behind something and people go for years with no bath receptical
Yeah, when I wired the garage at one of the other duplexes, I ran it through the load side of a basement GFI, which makes it a pain if it trips. If I replaced the garage outlet with a GFI on the load side of the basement GFI, would the garage GFI trip first and save having to enter the rental? I do have system ground at that location?

If your hand is wet or damp, that highly polish little wood puck will not stay in your grip. I know from firsthand experience when I first shot my 22 mag it jumped up in the air out of my hand… the folding handle completely disguises the gun and gives you a close to nears size or full-size grip…
True enough, I wouldn't want to shoot it with wet hands.

What I ended up with for a carry pistol, was a stainless SW Model 640 hammerless. 5 shot 38SP or .357.

At that point use a gfi at each location and tie th line and the commons on the line side of each GFI
I dont feed another new gfi with the load of another gfi
the gfis can accept 2 wires on each terminal for the line and load
which is usually the case

Thanks! That would leave the line wire unprotected until it reaches the garage GFI so I probably won't, even though it is run in conduit.

I don’t know if you’re aware what they make a handle for that gun that folds up underneath the barrel so it’s a teardrop. Grab the handle and flip it forward and the gun comes out. If you’d like, I can put a picture of mine up, I wouldn’t own that little gun if I had to grab that little handle and shoot it, because it would jump out of my hand as well as everybody else
I agree boo. Them little guns will sting your hand too and are no fun to shoot. My carrying piece is a Walter PP 32 auto with comfortable grips. It’s small enough to fit in a medium purse or on your side. And much more confident shooting it. I haven’t had it at the range in a while. It’s kinda expensive to shoot and the ammo is not always available.

yes in existing conditions
Actually now a days ARC fault breakers are required in a new installation in a new home.
I would shy away from them because of $ and sensitivity
So if I replace the fuse box with a breaker box and install all outlet GFI's, I am legal and safe?

What if I just install GFI breakers?

Was watching a guy shoot one of them by accident on u tube.
They looked to of a had a bit of kick, make sure you get her out shooting so she knows what to expect if the occasion arises
I can't see it myself but have never shot a small pistol like that before.

Is that a 22 mag or just a 22
Pick up some hollow point yellow jackets if it's a 22
I saw those…..I got 30 gr V-Max. 100 rounds

Sorry, that was funny to me for some reason old man.
I don't think he took the same safe gun handling course I did.

I image it hurt terribly, it was the toe next to the big toe. It's not like he killed himself or another. Shooting your own toe off, I can see the humor.
Gramps is long gone, I called him Dad for a time, until I found out he and my grandma were not Mom and Dad.

That's why I didn't take lessons from my family on gun or car safety.

Kind of like how I found humor in the turkey shooting the man.

A man has a car accident on a country road and drives down into a gulley, injured badly, after several days he manages to crawl up the hill and almost on to the side of the road. When he is shot and killed by a hunter.
When in court the judge asks the man how did he come about shooting the person. The man replies, "he had a beard and I thought he was a bear." Kind of a morbid humor.
