Bears can save some energy by going into a state of torpor rather than full hibernation, according to some.

I have neon tetras. I remember when those thing were less than a dollar each. Fish are too expensive anymore. I’ll throw a bream in there and call it a day before I buy more fish.

Neons and glow-lights are great for cycling tanks. I like cardinals and rummy-nose.

I watched fishing Canada one time and they encountered black bears up north and they tried all sorts of different ways to get them to leave and a guy finally used a leaf rake and they hated the scraping noise and all ran away.

I was able to get one to drop my ice chest and leave camp by discharging a 357 into the ground in front of it. I was given a $50 ticket for discharging a firearm in a state park.
