What are you canning YD?

Chicken and turkey stock, I froze it from thanksgiving.
Some venison
And since I saved the corned beef stock I’ll can some cabbage and carrots with that stock for flavor

After the new year I’ll make a few jams and preserves.

I can't even imagine the damage I did to my sinuses in the early 80's. Cocaine was the drug of choice and I did my fair share. Never again. But the damage is done.
