So this is a first for me.
Yesterday I posted a pic of what I thought were preflowers on my Cherry Bomb x Cherry Tart.
Today under closer examination it seems that one and a couple of other strains have started to flower. I found male flower clusters on one of the Genius x Panama plants
So I checked my light timer and it turns out instead of 16/8 I've been running 14/10. I don't close the tent so it's never totally dark inside the tent
So now I'm wondering if never having a total dark period during veg will make tiny light leaks in a tent a non issue?
And can I flower under 14/10 instead of 12/12?

I use to have a 5 disc CD player, Sometimes I would find it open and wonder how did that happen. Then I realized my cat was always watching me put in take out CDs and he figured out how to push the button to open up the player. For some reason he took a fancy to opening and closing it. Watching the 5 trays open & close in order.

I veg under 24 hour light and have very light leaky tents.......like ridiculously so and don't see herms much if ever.
Edit for flower is 12-12.
This only my 2nd tent grow. I always had 2 rooms I used and once the lights went out it was totally dark.
Being a Sativa lover I've used 11/13 and 10/14 during flower but never more than 12 hrs of light during flower.
I'll be putting the lasagna in the oven soon. Have to make my bed and sweep the apartment. Took out the garbage. Toking on that live resin pen. And hash. Just a little hash.
Christmas Eve is in 3 days and a wake up. Mom is going to love her gifts. I got real presents.
